NEW! Supporters Ribbon
Add a donation to your shopping basket and receive a length of Supporters Ribbon. We suggest £1 for a 25cm length, which is suitable for tying to the handle of a nappy bag or handbag, threading through a button hole, attaching to a shoe lace or rucksack, or poking through the holes in your Crocs. A 50 cm length (we suggest £2 donation) will make a wristband, decorate your pushchair or sling, tie up your ponytail, ... the opportunities are endless!
These will be sent out when you make a donation with an order (for a piece of ribbon by itself we would suggest adding an extra 50p to your donation). Also your local Leader may have them available directly, so contact her to find out.
Safety
Please remember that whilst ribbon is generally user-friendly (no scratchy pins, no holes in your clothes), do seal the cut ends and make sure it is firmly tied so that babies can't suck, choke or get tangled in it.
Like water, the information and support that La Leche League Leaders provide to mothers is free of charge. However, like water the cost of getting it to mothers adds up. In order to continue providing this support we rely on membership fees and donations.

If you would like to support us in our work helping mothers to breastfeed their babies you can make a donation directly by going to Memberships and donations on the menu at the side. You can choose the amount when you reach the shopping basket. If you have been shopping, you might perhaps round the basket total up to the nearest pound (or the nearest fiver, or tenner ...). Even small amounts can help, but larger amounts are, of course, very welcome too! We really appreciate your donations:
