Prices
All prices
include VAT where applicable. For Leaders Prices you must be an
accredited La Leche League Leader with details registered on the LLLGB
database (overseas Leaders, please contact us by email or phone).
All orders are
subject to acceptance and product availability. We aim to ensure that
the pricing of products on the web pages is correct at all times;
however, the web pages may not accurately reflect the correct details
at the moment at which you place your order. We will confirm the price
of a product when your order is accepted for dispatch.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. For items no longer available, a refund will be made.
Payment
All credit and charge card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If
the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, your
order will not be accepted until payment is made in another form (eg by
cleared cheque)

Dispatch
of orders is normally within 3 days but please allow up to 2 weeks for
large orders or items temporarily out of stock. Delivery is by Royal
Mail 2nd class or a carrier service. Please contact us if a faster service is required.
Acknowledgement of Order
When
you have completed your order you will be sent a confirmation e-mail.
It will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and
P&P) and delivery details. If there is likely to be a delay in
dispatch of all or part of your order, you will be informed by email.
Withdrawal by you from the contract
If
you are an individual and are not buying goods on behalf of a business,
there are certain circumstances in which you may withdraw from the
contract and these are set out here. This right to withdraw does not
apply to business buyers.
You
may withdraw your order for goods at any time up to the end of the
seventh working day after you have received the goods, and receive a
full refund of all moneys paid to LLL (Books) Ltd. You do not need to
give LLL (Books) Ltd any reason for withdrawing your order nor will you
have to pay any penalty.
Goods are to be returned should be handled and repacked with due care and returned in good condition.
To withdraw your order you must notify LLL (Books) Ltd in writing at the following address:
If
you have received the goods before you withdraw your order then you
must send them back to the LLL (Books) Ltd return address at your own
cost and risk unless the goods were supplied faulty or damaged. If you
withdraw your order but LLL (Books) Ltd has already processed the goods
for delivery and you then receive them, you must not unpack the goods
when they are received by you and must send the goods back to LLL
(Books) Ltd at the LLL (Books) Ltd return address at your own cost and
risk as soon as possible.
Once
you have notified LLL (Books) Ltd that you are withdrawing your order,
any sum debited to LLL (Books) Ltd from your credit card will be
re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within
30 days of your order.
Faulty
or damaged goods (where the damage can be shown to be our
responsibility) may be returned for exchange or full refund.
Alternatively, depending on the nature of the fault/damage, you may
wish to keep the faulty/damaged item upon agreement with LLL (Books)
Ltd of a partial refund (or discount off a future purchase).
Security
We use internet security systems to safeguard your data. You
are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account ID
and/or password, if applicable. You are responsible for all uses of
your account, whether or not you actually or expressly authorise them.

Our Contract
A
legally binding contract will be formed between LLL (Books) Ltd and
yourself when we have dispatched the product(s) to the delivery address
that you have given. This shall represent our legal acceptance of the
offer you made to purchase the product(s) when you completed your
order. If we confirm to you that some but not other products that you
have ordered have been dispatched, those product(s) that have not been
dispatched will not form part of our contract with you. In the event of
any change e.g. in price or expected delivery date between completion
of your order and contract formation, we shall inform you and you shall
at that point have the right to either (i) accept such change (in which
case your reply will represent a new offer which we will accept upon
dispatch) or (ii) reject such change (in which case your reply will
represent a withdrawal of your order, or the relevant part of your
order as the case may be).
Your undertakings and warranties
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.
Force majeure
LLL (Books) Ltd
shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you
have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to
goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its
reasonable control.
