Our part time Shop Admin team will process your order within 3–5 working days and pass it to our dispatch company for packing and delivery. When we have confirmation of shipping we'll send you an email with your tracking code if applicable. If anything you order is out of stock and can't be obtained within a week we'll contact you by email and give you the option of waiting or cancelling part or all of your order.

Single leaflets
If your order contains single copies of LLLGB booklets or information sheets, or a pendant, one of our team will mail these to you separately from your larger items, using Royal Mail 2nd class.

Digital products
Once you have been through the checkout you will be given a link to download your digital product. You will also receive a link in the email order confirmation. Please save the file once you have downloaded it as there is generally a limit on the number of times you can download a particular file.

Most orders under 15kg are shipped using a Royal Mail Tracked service. Your package will be tracked to your door although you won't need to sign for it. My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Your delivery should be with you 2-5 days after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If you've not received your delivery by then please contact us by email so we can look into this for you and, if appropriate, send a replacement.

My order was late arriving
Expected delivery times are given in our delivery policy and order confirmation email. If your order took longer than this we apologise for any inconvenience caused. I've contacted you but not received a reply
The Shop Admin team work part time. You can expect to receive a reply to emails and Facebook messages within three working days of receipt. Please email again if you do not. Orders are processed within 3-5 days of receipt where products are in stock.
