I've changed my mind about the items I ordered
We will be happy to exchange or refund you for any item (excepting digital downloads) that is returned to us unopened/unused and in its original packaging and condition within 28 days of you placing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will refund you once the goods have arrived and been checked in by our team. We regret that we cannot refund postage costs for returning items unless the item you received was faulty or the wrong item was sent out in error. Note that photocopying or scanning any of our printed publications breaches copyright law.

My order contained the wrong items/damaged items
If your order arrives incomplete, damaged or contains the wrong items/wrong number of items contact us by email straight away so we can put things right, including a photograph if appropriate.

How do I return an item?
Please email us providing details of the item(s) you are returning, your invoice or order number and the reason for the return. Please also state whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund. Once you have contacted us by email we will explain how to return your items. Depending upon your reason for return we may send you a prepaid postage label. LLLGB Shop cannot accept responsibility for returned items until they have been received by our returns team so, for your protection, we advise you to obtain a proof of postage at the point of dispatch and to use a carrier that will insure your items in the unlikely event of them becoming damaged or lost in transit.
