We wanted to share with you this lovely photo taken at our Anniversary Conference recently. It shows keynote speakers Diane Wiessinger and Teresa Pitman, two of the authors of the wonderful LLL books Sweet Sleep and The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding. Diane is perched on the speakers' table demonstrating and talking about the 'cuddle curl' position that a breastfeeding mother naturally adopts when sharing a sleep surface with her baby. Introducing your baby to other foods can be fun. The simplest way is to continue your usual breastfeeding pattern and let your baby join you at family mealtimes.
