Allergy & Food Intolerance (2022)
This leaflet discusses the symptoms and treatment of food allergy and intolerance in the breastfed baby. The updated 2022 edition, now in an extended 8-page booklet format, includes information on IgE and Non-IgE mediated allergy symptoms and suggestions for identifying both food and environmental triggers. It also discusses managing your own diet if you think your baby is reacting to a specific food you have in your milk and how and when you might introduce your baby to solids.
